Also, the first stage for any project is to establish deliverables and deadlines. For a project to run smoothly, we ask for an open and honest dialogue. The next step is to start gathering the project documents. We will send a quick list of the docs to require before the commencement. Once accepted the quotation, and after payment of the retainer fee before the start of a design project. It can be pre-paid or paid with a 50-50 system – before and after results. A retainer is an amount of money paid by the client to the company and applied to the balance due at the termination of the project.

The cost depends on your project requirements, budget, and finalized scope.  Of course, each fee proposal is a one-off, and we take into a number of factors that can allow for discounts of up to 20% across different workflows.

A typical commission of 15-20 images normally takes between 6-12 weeks assuming all designs and FF&E are finalized, with additional animations, cinemographs, VR etc. running within the same workflow so typically adding a few weeks production time.

We are normally able to prioritize a number of images / cinemographs for a soft launch to be completed within around 4-6 weeks if we have fully signed off the design and FFE etc.

Depending on the rendering software, the number of light sources can sometimes significantly affect rendering times – thus, exterior scenes can render quite quickly. Another factor is the detail of the scene. The industry term for this is poly-count, which refers to the number of polygons used to model the scene.

A common element that significantly increases detail, and therefore rendering time, is foreground vegetation, background vegetation should be optimized with a technique of using billboards or sprites. Additionally, curved surfaces tend to require much more detail.

The biggest single thing you can do to reduce rendering time is to reduce the number of required revisions by giving detailed plans and specific feedback. Every time you require a revision, some or all of the image needs to be re-rendered, so fewer revisions result in less total rendering time.

The other largest factor in rendering times is resolution. With the constant improvements in computer hardware and the changes in rendering software, rendering time for still images is becoming a minor factor in price. However, the rendering time for animations is still a very relevant factor in their production cost.

There are three major costs to a 3D animation project, the modeling and setup labour and the time it takes to compute the animation.

– Moving parts, people, and vehicles

Animations are generally made up of a moving 3D camera, moving people, moving vehicles with a stationary set. The more complex the moving parts become, the more you can expect to pay for a render.

– Length of animation

The duration of an animation is a significant factor in the price. As animation length increases, the price will increase. As a general rule, longer animations are needed to show more elements and generally require more labor and render time.

‘Quality’ in 3D animation is defined by two components: resolution and realism. Resolution is pretty straight forward. Simply put, it is the dimensions of the animation: the difference between DVD quality and HD quality and now as high as 8K. The general rule is the higher the resolution of the animation the crisper and clearer the image quality will be and along with that the longer rendering times.  Having high resolution can impact the overall price of your project.

– Render time

‘Quality’ in 3D animation is defined by two components: resolution and realism. The resolution is pretty straight forward.

Most animations have a frame rate of around thirty frames per second. If each frame requires ten minutes to render, adding just one second of animation can require an additional five hours of rendering. Adding one minute of animation could add twelve and a half days of rendering time on one computer. The same extrapolation can be done when factoring rendering resolution as well.  Animations are rendered on clusters of computers to address long computing times, but the purchase or rental of these computers adds expense.

Realism is somewhat more complicated and it might help to first explain how it is created. Realism is achieved through a combination of the 3D rendering software settings, along with the setup of the 3D scene. In other words, realism really depends on the setting utilized, and the skills of the artist, to create the desired realism of the scene. Putting aside the setup of the scene, one thing to keep in mind is the more realistic the settings, the longer it will take to compute the animation. The software is simulating the real-world flow of light, which is extremely complicated. Simulating the interaction of light between objects takes very complex calculations and takes the computer a long time to complete.

Our clients communicate with managers and project teams all the time through our online CRM platform. You can ask questions, leave comments and check on the progress at any time.

As many as you need! We always have teams to take up the project of any scale, and they can work on your tasks simultaneously.

Yes, corrections to your project are free.

By corrections, we mean changes that are less than 60% of the project workload. If the changes you want to make exceeds this limit, then we consider it a new project.

No, but you can pay half of the project’s estimated cost and send the payment with the second half after you’ll approve the results.

Please do not hesitate to contact our manager with any questions you might have about a friendly partnership or apply to be our affiliate.

The standard turnaround time for an architectural rendering project is 1 week and for an interior design rendering project is 48 hours. In short order, the schematic design is the initial design phase in any project. The first step is called programming which is when the client and architect discuss the requirements of the project (how many rooms, the function of the phases, etc.), testing the fit between the owner’s needs, wants, and budget.

A drawing to scale, showing a view from above, of the relationships between rooms, spaces, traffic patterns, and other physical features at one level of a structure.

In 3D computer graphics, 3D modeling is the process of developing a mathematical representation of any surface of an object in three dimensions via specialized software. 3D modeling and texturing are all extremely popular nowadays because such technologies are becoming ever more available now.

Low poly is a polygon mesh in 3D computer graphics that has a relatively small number of polygons. Low poly meshes occur in real-time applications (e.g. games) as a contrast with high poly meshes in animated movies and special effects of the same era.

Hi-Poly means a high polygonal count on the 3D model, while Low Poly the opposite. High Poly gives more details.

Textures or maps are one of the main stages of three-dimensional model creation, on which the modeled object should get some specific properties in order to make the model more realistic.

Computer-generated imagery is the application of computer graphics to create or contribute to images in art, printed media, video games, films, television programs, shorts, commercials, videos, and simulators.

A process of generation of a photorealistic or non-photorealistic image with 3D models using 3D rendering software. The resulting product is called a 3D render.

Rendering time is the amount of time that it takes a computer to create your image. Rendering time is directly related to how realistic the image is, and how much detail you require. However, there are many tricks to create detail without adding much rendering time. As a consumer, you should not worry too much about rendering time: that is our job!

A 360-degree photo is a controllable panoramic image that surrounds the original point from which the shot was taken. The ability to turn around and look at a surrounding environment is achieved through a combination of software and a number of panoramic photos.

A virtual tour is a simulation of an existing location, usually composed of a sequence of videos or still images. It may also use other multimedia elements such as sound effects, music, narration, and text. The 360 virtual tours are a way to show 360 panoramas of a group of different small spaces.

The Realtime Walkthrough is a special viewing mode that allows you to walk around your landscape as you would in reality. While in the walkthrough, moving water, realistic lighting, shadows, animated birds and butterflies, and other effects are available.

The process of generating three-dimensional moving images in a digital environment. Careful manipulation of 3D objects is carried out within 3D software for exporting picture sequences giving them the illusion of animation or movement.

Ultra HD 4K images stand for ultra-high definition images. We give you a high 3840 × 2160 pixels quality image that will perfectly fit a wide-screen HDTV (16:9) for full-screen viewing and impressive presentation of your project.

X Reality (XR or Extended Reality) is defined as a form of mixed reality environment that comes from the fusion (union) of ubiquitous sensor/actuator networks and shared online virtual worlds. It encompasses a wide spectrum of hardware and software, including sensory interfaces, applications, and infrastructures, that enable content creation for virtual reality (VR), mixed reality (MR), augmented reality (AR) & cinematic reality (CR).

VR is a 3d rendered simulation of an environment that can be experienced and interacted with in a seemingly real way. With the development of incredible technology in recent years, virtual reality has become the ultimate in marketing experiences.

Augmented reality is an interactive experience of a real-world environment where the objects that reside in the real world are enhanced by computer-generated perceptual information, sometimes across multiple sensory modalities, including visual, auditory, haptic, somatosensory and olfactory. Similar to virtual reality technology, but at the same time unique and superior.

Mixed Reality (MR) combines concepts from both AR and VR placing virtual objects in positional space around you. MR does not exclusively take place in either the physical or virtual world but is a hybrid of reality and virtual reality, encompassing both augmented reality and augmented virtuality via immersive technology.

Holography is a photographic technique that records the light scattered from an object and then presents it in a way that appears three-dimensional. Holograms pop up in movies such as “Star Wars” and “Iron Man”.

An interactive app term may be applied to a wide range of applications. Put it simply, it is an application that allows users to interact with audiovisual information via gamification, visualization, and even VR/AR. Basically, every app has some kind of interactivity.

Compositing a photo into a CGI scene or retouching a 3D render to achieve maximum realism. It usually consists of adding visual effects and detailed objects such as cars and people.
