Exterior and Interior Design

Design is a plan or specification for the construction of an object or system or for the implementation of an activity or process, or the result of that plan or specification in the form of a prototype, product or process. In architecture and interior design, branded environments extend the experience of an organization’s brand, or distinguishing characteristics as expressed in names, symbols and designs, to the design of interior or exterior physical settings. Cohesive and strong branding is the first step in a successful product, is an important aspect of creating a focused and comfortable space for retailers and businesses. It offers a powerful way to introduce visitors and clients prospects to the brand’s unique culture.

HOW BUSINESS CAN BENEFIT FROM DESIGN

After analyzing the market, we found many ways to customize the architectural & interior design. Not only is it a beautiful design, but it is also a tool used in marketing, new business, organizations, investors, builders, and architects

Design is a great resource for companies and office building

Design is a great resource for companies looking to optimize space to best suit their needs in terms of functionality and appeal, for businesses looking to create an environment that not only reflects the culture of the company but also meets their needs in terms of layout. This can help companies design office space, retail space, and other marketing elements through which consumers engage with the brand.

Development of strategic retail spaces

The layout and atmosphere of the retail store greatly influence the customer experience and ultimately their purchasing decisions. Designers take into account the purpose of the store (i.e. what the brand sells and how customers interact with the products) and the personality of the brand to create a unique experience that makes customers feel encouraged to buy.

Creating creative marketing spaces

We can also help companies design other spaces to best suit their needs. One example is the design of trade shows for companies to optimize the functionality of their event attendance. Creativity and logically designed space are extremely important for entrepreneurs at exhibitions, areas where interior designers can help.

Designing spaces with the home buyer in mind

Design is essential to selling real estate. Temporary property for an investor can be a “forever” home for a buyer, so they have to make design decisions that look and feel personal, timeless, and certainly expensive. We know what styles, decorations, furniture details, and amenities buyers will be looking for. Also, we know how to make the property stand out from the competition as well as an attractive diversified buyer group.

Good stewards of resources

We have one earth to build on. As architects, we can help you be a part of preserving it. Efficient floor plans, proper building orientation and location along with careful detailing and material selection all play a part in ensuring this place will be here for the next generation. It also saves on your monthly utility bills while lowering long term building maintenance costs.

One puts a focus on sales and the other on design

Within the separate industries of real estate and architecture, there is some common ground, including knowledge of building features and history. Some pertinent points include that agents are able to use a property’s architectural style and period detailing as selling points, or we can identify beneficial design features in a new building.

Add value

A simple real estate rule applies across the board: a well-designed design adds value to your property. A beautiful design can increase your project value, but it has to be a well-applied. We apply beauty strategically to gain the most benefit and have the most significant impact on potential buyers.

Creative solutions

We are experienced at creating big spaces with small budgets by finding creative solutions to complex questions. It is common for unexpected and unknown issues to arise during any project. As architectural designers, we minimize and navigate the unknown through careful planning, research and understanding of the space throughout the entire design process. We can find the right strategies and materials to make the project cost-effective and beautiful.

Seabright Residence rendering

As a part of our team, architectural designers have an intimate understanding of the project, leading to a smooth transition into choosing important materials and finishes for your project. Their knowledge of a wide range of materials enables them to recommend the congruous materials for your project, based on budget requirements, proportions, and functionality of the space. It’s all about bringing the details together with the big picture.

PLANNING

Architectural programming is the thorough and systematic evaluation of the interrelated values, goals, facts, and needs of a client and the surrounding community. A detailed description of the project is created to identify needs and wants, as well as the most important style of the interior and exterior. A well-conceived program leads to high-quality design.

  • To discuss all of needs and desires (the scope, features, purpose, and functionality)
  • Information on building
  • The budget for the project
  • A shared concept for the final building

SCHEMATIC DESIGN

Once the requirements of the project are determined via the planning process, the design phase begins. The architectural designer will give shape to vision through drawings. Preliminary discussions begin at this stage and it is ascertained that the design of interior and exterior is in line with normal building code practice. An overview of floor plan options begins and examines room types, room sizes, and window layouts. The designer will provide a preliminary evaluation of the program, schedule, and construction budget developed in the pre-design phase and prepares schematic design drawings illustrating the project to review with the owner. The designs layout the program on the site and address the schedule and construction budget requirements.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

In this phase, the architectural designer translates the design of a project from the realm of ideas to physical form. DD tasks build on the approved schematic design to reach a level of completeness that demonstrates the project can be built. The schematic design is overlaid with more detailed information obtained from consultants and team members.
Throughout DD, it is important to evaluate how systems, material selection, preliminary structure, and detailing reflect the schematic design concept. The design team works out detailed coordination issues while enhancing the project. Once the floor plan is approved, work begins on external heights, deciding on the interior and exterior finishes, as well as window/door layouts, rooflines, and so on. Interior details are also being collected. It delves into the layout of the kitchen, bathrooms, stairwells, etc. The main interior heights are also prepared to show the design of the cabinets, the lighting locations, and the details of the tile installation.
