We a real estate visual design and 3D digital strategy agency providing
innovative and high-end digital solutions based on the latest interactive
technologies. We specialize in the design, 3D architectural visualization,
animation, modeling, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality(AR), mixed reality
(MR), and branding development. Our service is for real estate developers,
architects, contractors, furnishing manufacturers & retailers, chained-brand
hotels, interior designers, and homeowners.

T H E P R O C E S S
Process workflow refers to the series of steps that will need to be taken to complete tasks, and how we will move between them. Every project is different, so we show just the main steps of the process.
STEP 1 – QUOTE

STEP 2 – UNDERSTANDING THE BRIEF
The first stage for any project is to establish deliverables and deadlines. For a project to run smoothly, we ask for an open and honest dialogue.
STEP 3 – DOCUMENTS
The next step is to start gathering the project documents. We will send a quick list of the docs to require before the commencement.
STEP 4 – PAYMENT TO CONFIRM THE PROJECT
Once accepted the quotation, and after payment of the retainer fee, we proceed to start the project
STEP 5 – DESIGN
The beginning of design development is a logical schematic design. In this phase, our designers will prepare drawings by following your documents and ideas.
STEP 6 – 1st WORK APPROVAL
This is will be the first chance for you to see how the design is looking and need will take the time to understand what sent. We will receive your observations. The information will be simple and easy to understand. You will choose one of the offered options. Minor changes, adjustments, additions to the Phase I project will be possible.
STEP 7 – 2nd WORK APPROVAL
Possible minor changes to the project (camera angles, the lighting, color change, décor, materials, addition, change of furniture location and/or shape, landscaping, props, etc.) It is your responsibility to specify the desired changes.
STEP 8 – 3rd WORK APPROVAL
Usually will be allowed for three sets of revisions. This should be enough, however, we understand that some may need more work. If things change then we may ask for an extension to the deadline.
STEP 9 – FINAL PROJECT
Once approved the previous version and once you are 100% happy, we proceed to the finish. Depending on the project, the files will be provided in a specific format to support and size.
STEP 8 – FINAL DELIVERY AND INVOICE
Once the final project has been accepted and the final payment has been made, we send the final files in high resolution and without watermarks.
