Our service is for real estate developers, architects, contractors, furnishing manufacturers & retailers, chained-brand hotels, interior designers, and homeowners.

Dovile Mackeviciute
Founder & Creative Director
Dovile Mackeviciute graduated from Utena College, Lithuania, in 2011 with a degree in Business Management and Administration.
She has a UCI DCE Studies program – Initiating and Planning Project, Project Management Institute Certificate – Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), and The Interior Design Institute Certificate – Interior Design.
She was born and raised in Lithuania, where business ideas began to develop. Still, to focus on broader aspects and innovations of architectural visualization, he moved to North America 7 years ago, where he began to conduct interior design studies and projects. During that time, she gained experience in the interior design and 3D visualization industry.
Her passion for architectural design and graphic design, experience, and a wide range of interest in the latest technologies have led to the broad discovery of ideas and integration of architectural design with XR technologies: virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR). All of these pushed for the founding of the Wave Break Design.

STEP 2
UNDERSTANDING THE BRIEF
The first stage for any project is to establish deliverables and deadlines. For a project to run smoothly, we ask for an open and honest dialogue.
STEP 3
DOCUMENTS
The next step is to start gathering the project documents. We will send a quick list of the docs to require before the commencement.
STEP 4
PAYMENT TO CONFIRM THE PROJECT
Once accepted the quotation, and after payment of the retainer fee, we proceed to start the project
STEP 5
DESIGN
The beginning of design development is a logical schematic design. In this phase, our designers will prepare drawings by following your documents and ideas.
STEP 6
1st WORK APPROVAL
This is will be the first chance for you to see how the design is looking and need will take the time to understand what sent. We will receive your observations. The information will be simple and easy to understand. You will choose one of the offered options. Minor changes, adjustments, additions to the Phase I project will be possible.
STEP 7
2nd WORK APPROVAL
Possible minor changes to the project (camera angles, the lighting, color change, décor, materials, addition, change of furniture location and/or shape, landscaping, props, etc.) It is your responsibility to specify the desired changes.
STEP 8
3rd WORK APPROVAL
Usually will be allowed for three sets of revisions. This should be enough, however, we understand that some may need more work. If things change then we may ask for an extension to the deadline.
STEP 9
FINAL PROJECT
Once approved the previous version and once you are 100% happy, we proceed to the finish. Depending on the project, the files will be provided in a specific format to support and size.
STEP 10
FINAL DELIVERY AND INVOICE
Once the final project has been accepted and the final payment has been made, we send the final files in high resolution and without watermarks.
